Do not claim any of my art was made by you or owned by you solely. Credit my art if you use it publicly is all I ask, thank you!
I have the right to deny your commission for any reason.

you Must have a Paypal account
you Must have a clear idea and reference for the character used (custom design commissions excluded). I don't accept VRChat models or shaded/painted references on their own. I need clear flat colors!
You must own or have permission to use characters provided for commission
ATTENTION: Do NOT change your username without letting me know. I'm not responsible for hunting you down if I cannot find you. Please communicate with me because I will put you on a waitlist until we touch base again. Once we do, I'll add you to my queue where I can, just please be aware. Thank you!

TO KEEP IN MIND AS A COMMISSIONER: I DRAW AND POST PERSONAL ART AND TAKE DAYS OFF. I try to maintain a balance between personal art and commissions to avoid burnout. Art is more than just a job for me, it's a passion. I open every month unless my schedule doesn't allow me to.
Personal note: I’m not a person for small talk, I ask for professionalism in my messages and in our interactions! I appreciate everyone’s kind words and will always reciprocate. Thank you <3
My commissions are always open, just ask about slots and wait times!I post about commissions via Twitter/Telegram/Bluesky and try to put my average or expected turnaround time in the post.I work a full time government job and do my commissions around that schedule, so I ask you to give me patience!

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FINISHED COMMISSIONS: I do not, will not, and will never send out the psd files for my commission pieces. I ask to never edit my pieces without permission. I will always send an HQ png wherever is preferred (email, Telegram, etc.)
♱ the process & updates ♱
After the commission is accepted, paid for, and comes up in my queue, I will get you a rough sketch for you to look over and approve. this step is where you’re able (AND ENCOURAGED) to ask for any edits or changes you want; this will be the time edits are the easiest and I can be the most flexible!! You get 2 edits in this stage, so please be very clear about your edits.Once we finalize, I’ll continue on to lining and coloring. smaller edits and details being adjusted is okay, clothes and background colors can be changed but sudden character edits or pose changes can’t be implemented without edit payment!please note: if you don't respond to sketches/my messages, I just put you on a waitlist until I receive a reply from you! This means your commission will be put on pause and your wait time and queue placement may shift. please be aware of this!Simple commissions like YCHs, single or couple commissions, or badges have a 2 to 3 month turnaround with refs and scenes taking longer. When given a turn around month, please understand that I have until the end of the month to finish the piece. Any delays will be communicated ASAP. I also post updates frequently in my telegram. I work on commissions often and will absolutely send you a WIP when I have one for you!It's important for you as a commissioner to be considerate when asking for updates. This means only asking once every couple weeks for an update and NOT when I have just opened commissions for the future; openings will never effect your current commission. Please also be considerate in regards to communication in general. Messages will be replied to as soon as I can.I do not have a public queue/Trello. I do have a personal/private one for my commissions that is shared with my art team, but it will not be made public. Please respect this choice!
♱ payments ♱
PaymentsI take all payments up front before I start any work. I take payment through Paypal and USD is the only currency I accept. when sending through PayPal, make sure to use my entire email ([email protected])!
Please make sure it is sent to my email directly as someone else has the desertdoggo @ on paypal.
Please make sure your address isn't selected as I do not sell physical goods being delivered. Please also refrain from attaching notes!
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS: Private commissions have an extra 50% charge on top of their total.
RefundsPlease be aware that I only do partial refunds. Refunds can either be requested by the commissioner or be made by me, the artist. The refund will be appropriate to the amount of work done. For example, if the commission is already sketched, you will get 50% back.
If you and someone else paid for a commission together, the full original price is what determines the refund, not the paid price per person.
tips do NOT get refunded as they were not included in the sale price and given at your own discretion.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that if you ask for a refund, you may be blacklisted. This decision is determined based on the situation (ex: asking for a refund 3 days after payment will usually result in a blacklist)
DeadlinesI can absolutely work with deadlines! Anniversary dates, gifts, holidays* etc, just let me know! I ask for at least 2 months in advance when commissioning me for these things. Please let me know what the exact date you want it completed on! Rush commissions may be possible but fees do apply. Just ask!
I cannot take rush commissions from October-February. around the holidays, I spend time with my family and life generally gets busy, so I can't promise any rush commissions during this time. thank you for understanding!
