♱ commission info and schedule ♱

TO KEEP IN MIND AS A COMMISSIONER: I DRAW AND POST PERSONAL ART AS I PLEASE ON MY DAYS OFF EVEN AS A YEAR ROUND ARTIST. I try to maintain a balance between personal and business art to avoid burnout as this is more than just a job for me, it's a passion. But this still comes with the fact that I am a constant commissioned artist, I open every month unless my schedule doesn't allow me to. It's important that I want commissioners to find an appropriate time to check in on their commissions, NOT when I have just opened commissions for the future; this will never effect your current commission. This also applies to communication in general, messages will be replied to ONLY on my business days, please keep these things in mind and be respectful. My schedule is as follows:

Updated 6/3/24 and applies to any commissions taken after this date: My commissions are always open, just ask about slots and wait times! I post about commissions via Twitter/Telegram/Discord and put my average or expected turnaround time in the post. My commission schedule is Sunday - Wednesday nights, I do still work a government job and do my commissions around that schedule, so I ask you to contact me on my scheduled commission days as I will not answer on my days off, but will answer as soon as I'm back!Commissions that aren't references have a 2 to 3 month turnaround, always expect the finished product to be towards/by the end of the month I have given you as a turnaround month, latest being early the next month. Any delays I will communicate, I do work all month on commissions and will absolutely send you a WIP when I have one for you!

♱ the process & updates ♱

I’ll give you the first sketch for you to look over and approve as the beginning steps of the commission, this is when you’re able to ask for any edits you want, as these will be the time edits are the easiest and most flexible in the sketch stage!! After that, I’ll continue on to lining! then colors will be added to finalize the piece. smaller edits and details being adjusted is okay, clothes and background colors can be changed but sudden character edits or pose changes can’t be implemented without edit payment!
please note: if you don't respond to sketches/my messages, I just put you on a waitlist until I receive a reply from you! but that means if it takes a long time to get back to me, your queue time might shift. please be aware of this!Payments
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS: I charge an extra fee of half of the full commission price to keep a commission private, as I use all of my art as examples.I take all payments up front before I start any work as it insures I'll be paid for that work at the end of the day! I take payment through Paypal and USD is the currency I use, when sending through PayPal make sure to use my entire email ([email protected]) for it to get to me! I ask to make sure your address isn't selected as this isn't a physical good being delivered, and to refrain from attaching notes!
I do not have a public queue/Trello, although I do have a personal private one for my commissions. Please respect that choice, you may ask on any of my business days what month you're due!IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FINISHED COMMISSIONS: I do not and will never send psd files, I ask to never edit my pieces without permission. I will always send an HQ png wherever is preferred (email, Telegram, etc.)Refunds
Refunds are accepted, however some refunds qualify for partial refunds. Please be aware of these terms before you commission me, these are my personal terms and it’s in no way offensive to me if you don’t agree with them. Commissions that have already been started qualify for a partial refund only (doesn't matter who asks for the refund) as well as any commission over $60. Half of the commissioned price will be refunded in those cases! If you and someone else paid for a commission together, the overall price is what determines the refund, not the paid price per person. Reminder: tips do NOT get refunded as they were not included in the sale price and given at your own discretion.
NOTE: if a refund is asked for before the start of the turnaround time given, you run the risk of being blacklisted. This is usually determined based on the time between the payment date and the refund request date (ex: asking for a refund 3 days after payment will usually result in this happening)Deadlines
I can absolutely work with deadlines! Like for anniversary dates, gifts, holidays* etc. I usually just ask for 2 months in advance when commissioning me for these things, and let me know what the exact date you want it completed on!I cannot take rush commissions from October-January. around the holidays, I spend time with my family and life generally gets busy, so I can't promise any rush commissions during this time.
